Falcon Trace HOA - Our Community

Our clubhouse room is available for private functions exclusively for homeowners. The rental fee is $75.00, along with a refundable security deposit of $200.00. The rental application is readily available on our website or may be obtained from our management team. Before reserving a date, we kindly request that the rental fee and deposit be paid. Please note that we require a minimum of 14 days advance notice for rentals.

Our pool was resurfaced in 2018 along with new tiles and a 2nd swim lane was installed.

The pool is kept at a pleasant 85 degrees in the winter months.

Pool hours are from dawn to 30 minutes before dusk or no later then 9PM. (Which ever is 1st).

Homeowners are allowed 2 guests and must accompany guest at all times.

No food, drink or horseplay allowed in pool.

No glass containers or smoking in pool area.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Shower before entering pool.

Our gym is open from 5 am - 10 pm.

Air conditioning with wall and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Disinfectants and paper towels are provided to wipe down equipment.

Wide assortment of equipment for your workout. Including a situp bar, weight bench, and limited weights.

Proper clothing and shoes are required. No persons under the age of 16 unless with a supervising adult over the age of 21.

All equipment will be wiped down after use with disinfectants provided.

No radio, tape, CD players, or like devices are allowed unless you use headphones.

Horseplay is not allowed in or on equipment,

30-minute time limit on equipment.

Falcon Trace HOA provides lighted Tennis / pickleball courts. Hours are 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Private lessons are not allowed during prime playing hours of 5pm to 9pm. Tennis shall be limited to 90 minutes for doubles and 1 hour for singles play. Play may continue if no others are waiting. Roller blades & skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters and other play or execise equipment is prohibited on all courts. 14 years of age and under shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult over the age of 21. No intoxicants, food, or breakable containers permitted on the courts. Proper attire, shoes and protective wear shall be worn. Bare chests & swimsuits are not allowed. Only sneakers shall be worn on the courts. No black soled sneakers permitted. Basketball court hours 8am to 10pm. Volleyball court hours 8AM until dusk.

Fenced Tot Lot with sun shade and approved playground mulch for your protection. Sitting area for parents and shade trees for you comfort.

Bring a picnic basket and enjoyed our cover picnic area next to the tot lot or steps away from the swimming pool.

Falcon Trace has 4 lakes for homeowners' enjoyment and beauty. Non-motorized boats are allowed on all lakes along with fishing, (catch and release). Littorials are plentiful around the lakes adding protection for wildlife and maintains the health of our lakes; when in bloom add to that extra display of color. A beautiful lighted fountain greets you and your guest as you enter our community. We receive monthly reports on the health of our lakes, wildlife, and species of fish found. Our lakes are important to us and add beauty and value to our community. Most of our irrigation comes from our lakes for maintaining our landscape within the community.
